Mark Meyers
Managing Partner and Board Vice Chairman

Mark Meyers is a healthcare executive with 35 years experience as a hospital Chief Executive Officer or Regional Executive for major healthcare systems. While serving in leadership roles as a hospital operator, he became known as a ‘turnaround specialist’ both in Tenet Healthcare and other major multi-hospital systems.

Prior to moving on to hospital acquisition work in 2013, he led the turnaround at California Hospital Medical Center which was a failing hospital in Los Angeles. In 2001, when he assumed the CEO role there, the hospital was losing $2 - $3 million per month. When he left to assume a regional role in 2009, the hospital’s annual EBIDA was a positive $45 million. In 2014, he was a founder of Integrity Healthcare Management, Inc. which focused on the acquisition of the Daughters of Charity, a California 6 hospital not-for-profit system. His company evolved into Integrity Healthcare, LLC in mid-2015 and soon after assumed management and control of the hospital system.

In 2015, Meyers left Integrity Healthcare to pursue other hospital acquisition opportunities for Cha Health Systems Inc. and most recently for Sana Healthcare.
